Request can be canceled by buyer during concept&sketch phase! All rights of use any sketch(es) made and shared by me will also cease with it after cancelation!

In case that the buyer is found out to be exploiting the refund (e.g.: using the unfinished/edited version of the image), they will be publicly exposed with proof, and I will ask for them to return the estimated price of the original amount within 30 days!

Depending on the complexity of the commission and personal events (holiday, illness, ect.), it will take between 1 week to a month. If the commission is delayed and not finished within 2 month, refund can be requested, no matter the state of the art!

I will be keeping in touch with the buyer regularly for any final touch and details, and I request the same from them.

Finished art(s) will be send as PNG file. PSD and PDF options are available.
